Assistant Coach Women's Volleyball PT

Position Accountabilities

• Serve in a support role to the Head C oach
• Assistance with all phases of the program (varsity and reserve) including coaching, recruiting, coordinating and organizing practices, scheduling, monitoring academics, weight room, player skill development, and skill evaluation
• A ddi tional duties may include gameday administration, fundraising, game-related activities, and camps/ clinics.
• Must have the ability to achieve certificatio n to transport students to team athletic events.
• Other duties as assigned by the Head Coach & Director of Athletics. Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• College coaching and recruiting experience preferred.
• Demonstrated successful experience in playing and/or coaching at collegiate, university, or professional level.
• Knowledge of NAIA and Heart of America Athletic Conference rules and regulations.
• A proven record of integrity, high principles and demonstrated ski ll in developing and motivating student athletes academically a nd athletically.
• E xperience working with students from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Valid Driver's license
