We help B2B SaaS and AI startups get found and recommended on AI search engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, alongside classic Google search. Our work is measured in inbound leads, pipeline and revenue, not vanity metrics. We work closely with founders and growth teams at early and growth stage companies. Role overview We are looking for a Motion Designer who lives on social media and has real taste for reels. Motion design is the heart of this role. You will turn our ideas about AI search into short videos, reels and animated visuals that make people stop scrolling. You will also run the posting calendar that gets them out every week. This is a hands-on, full-time role. You will animate, edit, design and publish, working directly with the founder. Fresher friendly: your work matters, not your years Experience is a plus, not a requirement. Once you apply, we will send you an assignment. Do it well and send it back. If we love your assignment, we will hire you, even with zero years of experience. The quality of your work is the only thing we judge. What you will do

• Create motion graphics and animated explainers: kinetic typography, animated charts, product and screen walkthroughs
• Edit short form videos (reels, shorts, LinkedIn videos) from raw footage, screen recordings and talking head clips
• Design static visuals for social media: carousels, post graphics, thumbnails and cover images
• Manage our social media calendar and keep a steady publishing cadence across our channels
• Track what performs (views, watch time, saves, shares) and use it to sharpen the next round
• Keep every piece on brand, and build reusable templates so we can ship faster
• Spot new formats and trends early, and adapt them to our voice What we are looking for
• Motion design skills: you can make type, shapes and footage move with intent
• Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, or equivalents like DaVinci Resolve or CapCut
• A sharp eye for typography, pacing, colour and composition
• An instinct for hooks: you know what makes the first two seconds of a reel work
• A feel for what performs on each social platform
• Clear written and spoken English, and comfort with fast feedback loops
• The ability to own a piece from brief to published post Good to have
• 1 to 3 years of experience in motion design, video editing or social media (freshers are welcome)
• A portfolio or social account that shows your work (personal projects count)
• Figma or Canva for static design
• Experience with AI image and video tools
• Interest in B2B SaaS, AI or marketing
