Production and Sales Order Clerk

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for precise entry, verification, and upkeep of data within spreadsheets and data bases, while also ensuring that all customer needs and specifications are fulfilled. • Enter text and numerical data into spreadsheets and databases
• Transfer data from various sources into digital formats
• Maintain and update existing data in spreadsheets and databases
• Perform data reporting
• Correct errors or discrepancies in data •

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Years of experience: _1-2 years ____________ KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Data Entry
• Analyzing Data
• Strong attention to detail and organization TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
• none PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Regularly walks, sits stands, and does computer work. Seldom/Never lifts up to 50 lbs.

Independent Judgement

: Performs tasks and duties under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures. Work is reviewed by supervisor.
