Key Responsibilities: Own the overall programme vision for One Pension One Portal (OPOP), cross-team coordination & stakeholder alignment across all workstreams (DoPPW, MeitY/NeGD, implementation agency & allied bodies such as CPAO, DoE & disbursing banks).
