• 6 LPA) Min Experience: 1+ years Location: North Goa – Guirim, Mapusa | South Goa – Gogol, Margao JobType: full-time Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM We are looking for an experienced Technical Solutions Manager with hands-on knowledge of the solar industry to support customers and internal teams with technical solutions, site assessments, system design, and project coordination. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of solar systems and be capable of translating customer requirements into technically viable and cost-effective solar solutions. Requirements Key Responsibilities
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions based on energy consumption, site conditions, and project requirements.
• Conduct and supervise technical site surveys for residential and commercial solar projects.
• Evaluate rooftop/site feasibility, electrical load requirements, shadow analysis, and other technical parameters.
• Prepare or coordinate solar system designs, capacity calculations, technical proposals, and quotations.
• Provide technical explanations and presentations to customers and sales teams.
• Coordinate with business development, installation, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in selecting appropriate solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, cables, protection equipment, and other system components.
• Review project requirements and ensure proposed solutions meet technical and safety standards.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during installation and commissioning.
• Coordinate with vendors, technical teams, and customers whenever required.
• Ensure proper technical documentation, drawings, reports, and project records are maintained.
• Stay updated on solar technology, products, government regulations, subsidies, net-metering requirements, and industry developments.
• Support the team in delivering technically sound, efficient, and customer-focused solar solutions. Requirements
• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in the solar industry.
• Good understanding of rooftop solar systems and their major components.
• Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, electrical systems, and basic system sizing.
• Experience with site surveys, technical assessments, or solar project execution will be preferred.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with sales, engineering, installation, and customers.
• Willingness to travel for site visits across Goa.
