Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in IT, Business studies, e-Commerce or other relevant ones.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of e-commerce or related experience is preferred.
- Result-oriented, multi-tasking and independent with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Good team player with leadership.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and manage work against project timelines, and among the needs with different stakeholders.
- Immediate availability is an advantage. Responsibilities:
- Assist in E-Commerce operations (O2O) by working/monitoring on-site.
- Manage E-Commerce platform enhancements, include ad hoc projects and all channel development
- Working closely with the operation team, digital marketing team and logistic team as well as call center team to ensure smooth E-Commerce
- development
- Provide training and support to end-users on e-commerce systems and processes
- Ramp up project team to coordinate the communication and operation mechanism of relevant project stakeholders
- Assist in conduct user acceptance testing and quality assurance of e-commerce features and functionalities
- Incidents/work requests management with regular analysis
