We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our production team. No prior experience needed—we provide all necessary training. As a General Assembler, you will be on your feet for most of the day, performing hands-on tasks to help produce our bows and/or light our fabricated products. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor tasks in a manufacturing environment
- Assemble, inspect, and package products according to company standards
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in other areas as needed
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals Qualifications & Requirements:
- No prior experience required; training provided
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons
- Strong work ethic and reliability
