Job Description: Gender : Female Job Responsibilities:* * Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. * Explain services and provide accurate information to customers. * Follow up with leads, enquiries, and existing clients. * Maintain customer and call records. * Schedule appointments and coordinate with the service team. * Handle customer queries professionally. * Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets. * Maintain good customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups. *Requirements:* * 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role. * Good verbal communication skills. * Basic computer knowledge. * Hindi and Gujarati communication skills preferred. * Positive attitude and good convincing skills. * Ability to work with targets and follow-up regularly.
