An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a: Service Coordinator 37.5 hours per week Covering the Thames area We are currently looking for a dynamic Service Coordinator extraordinaire to manage an energetic team of Support Workers in the provision of high-quality care services to our home-based clients in the local community. Key attributes include:

• Previous experience in the Health and Disability sector / Home and Community Support Services
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Ability to multi-task with strong time management skills
• Excellent Administration and communication skills
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Be a team player We’re not looking for a superhero but something close would be good .
