Engineering Assistant, Manufacturing Test Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of production and test equipment according to schedule.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues promptly to minimize production downtime.
- Support production operations, including rotating shifts and overtime when required.
- Maintain and manage spare parts inventory for manufacturing equipment.
- Assist Test Engineers in maintaining and improving test processes and equipment.
- Support hardware and software upgrades for production test systems.
- Participate in the installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment and processes.
- Collect and monitor production data to support quality, efficiency, and cost objectives.
- Assist in identifying process issues and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap and defects. Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of basic hand tools and equipment maintenance practices.
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Willing to work rotating shifts and overtime when required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
