Collaborate with technical teams to implement workflow enhancements, BRF+, Fiori applications, and custom developments. Support master data creation, maintenance, data quality initiatives, and governance processes. Perform functional testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to workflows, approvals, change requests, and master data processing. Work with cross-functional SAP teams including S/4HANA, ECC, Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless master data integration. Support

Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes across Finance, Procurement, Sales, or Supply Chain. Experience supporting testing activities, defect resolution, and production support. Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field. SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) or equivalent SAP certification is preferred. Experience with SAP Fiori applications for MDG. Knowledge of SAP Business Workflow, SAP BTP, and integration technologies is an advantage. Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation or greenfield implementation projects. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ITIL-based support processes. Experience working in global or enterprise-scale SAP environments with established data governance frameworks.
