This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Engineering Manager based in India. This role offers the opportunity to lead and grow a diverse engineering team responsible for a highly used digital intake and forms experience. You will combine people leadership with strong technical judgment across backend architecture, system design, reliability, and delivery. The role has ownership of the team roadmap, prioritization, project execution, and long-term technical health. You will work closely with Product, Design, and engineering leadership to translate customer and business needs into scalable solutions. Operational excellence is a key focus, with responsibility for reliability, availability, performance, incident response, and continuous improvement. You will also help explore how AI-powered capabilities can make digital intake experiences smarter and more effective.
