As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and adapt applications accordingly is a key part of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Eected to perform independently and become an SME. •
  • Ruired active participation/contribution in team discussions. •
  • Ctribute in providing solutions to work related problems. •
  • Claborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. •
  • Mitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system functionality. •
  • Dument configuration changes and maintain knowledge base articles for future reference. •
  • Aist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application support tasks.
  • Professional & Technical Skills: •
  • Mu To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle ADF. •
  • Stng understanding of application lifecycle management and release processes. •
  • Exrience working with APIs and integrating third-party services. •
  • Faliarity with low-code development platforms and their application in enterprise environments. •
  • Abity to analyze and resolve complex application issues efficiently. •
  • Go communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Additional Information: •
  • Theandidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle ADF. •
  • Thiposition is based at our Bengaluru office. •
