Our partner is looking for a Senior Applications Developer, Incentive Planning and Finance Operations based in the United States. This role sits at the intersection of application development, data engineering, finance operations, and sales incentive management. You will own critical systems and data architecture supporting variable compensation across multiple business units. The position combines hands-on software development with responsibility for Anaplan, Databricks, data pipelines, integrations, and development operations. You will work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into reliable, scalable solutions.
