Job Description:
- Make fresh/cold calls to librarians and library decision-makers to introduce RapidRadio's RFID Library Management Solution.
- Conduct regular follow-ups on leads and convert cold/warm calls into confirmed appointments for the field sales team.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule and arrange client visits, ensuring timely communication between all parties.
- Send product/service quotations to prospective clients accurately and promptly.
- Share project-related details, brochures, and technical information with leads and clients as required.
- Coordinate with the Head Office in Ahmedabad for approvals, updates, and operational support.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify upsell or renewal opportunities.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, follow-up status, and client interactions in CRM or trackers.
- Report daily/weekly activity and pipeline updates to the Project Manager.
