Description Kimberton Whole Foods is seeking a full-time Produce Team Member. Come join the Collegeville crew! Requirements: Full-time, 40 hours per week. One weekend shift is required per week. Schedule: Tuesday
- Saturday set schedule. Mix of opening, midday, and closing shifts. Shifts are within a 6:30am-8:30pm timeframe. Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older. Starting Hourly Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for the following benefits at Kimberton Whole Foods:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all.
- Receive and stock all incoming fresh produce and related items.
- Rotate fresh produce on a first-in first-out basis.
- Slice, package, weigh and label whole fruits and vegetables
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensures accurate pricing on products received and sold
- Complete all necessary sanitation standards within produce department
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product signage
- Follow established practices for sustaining abundant, dynamic, and fresh displays
- Perform KWF inventory management practices. Requirements Physical Capabilities
- Full sense range (vision, hearing and sense of smell) – the ability to read product labels, distinguish color & smell for quality control as well as the ability to communicate with the customers and co-workers.
- Lifting, gripping and carrying objects – up to 50-75 pounds frequently, including boxes, cans, tools and other products.
- Stooping, squatting, & kneeling – stoop and maneuver to pick up boxes from shelving and carts.
- Walking – short distances to bring items from miscellaneous areas.
- Standing- prolonged standing.
- Work environment – movement based with the majority of time being in motion (walking & standing) rather that sedentary (sitting).
- Climate – ability to work in cold environments (cooler, Freezer, back stock area) and handle cold products for extended periods of time on a regular basis.
