Position Requirements Description This is a high-autonomy CRNA role within a collaborative anesthesia care team. CRNAs practice to the full scope of their training with meaningful independence in clinical decision-making, supported by accessible physician leadership. - Orthopedic, OB, and GYN 80% OB 20% general OR Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
- Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
- Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Requirements
- Current license as a registered professional nurse
- Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
