Description About the Role Custom Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to support our Ontario Pharmacy Operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring medications and healthcare supplies are accurately prepared, documented, and delivered to patients on time. You will work closely with pharmacy, customer service, and delivery teams to provide a seamless patient experience. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize daily medication deliveries to ensure timely and accurate dispatch.
- Prepare medication strips, Spencer cartridge refills, and other pharmacy supplies for delivery.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, tracking information, and workflow documentation in Dock Health and related systems.
- Manage and update patient delivery addresses and labeling information to ensure delivery accuracy.
- Perform quality checks to minimize delivery errors and support operational excellence.
- Serve as the primary contact for delivery-related patient inquiries and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with pharmacy, customer service, and delivery partners to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and patient satisfaction. Requirements Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, pharmacy operations, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Dock Health, Dymo, or similar workflow and logistics systems is an asset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations and healthcare environments is preferred What You'll Bring
