Staff Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Software Engineer (Full-Stack) based in Canada. This is a high-impact, full-stack engineering role focused on technical direction and company-wide engineering excellence. You’ll influence architectural and technical decisions across multiple product teams while remaining hands-on with the code. The role combines backend engineering, frontend development, data modeling, reliability, scalability, and system-level problem solving. You’ll establish engineering standards and patterns that improve maintainability and help teams move faster. A major part of your impact will come through mentoring senior engineers and partnering with engineering leaders. You’ll operate with significant ownership, influencing outcomes across the organization without relying on direct authority.
