Business Operations Analyst Description

• Serves as the operational planning and control lead for FCI 2X, integrating the responsibilities of MFO Scheduler, MFO Headcount (HC) Analyst, FCI 2X Scheduler, and FCI Cycle Count Lead. The role ensures production schedules, workforce capacity, daily execution, and inventory accuracy are aligned with business priorities. Applies strong analytical judgment to identify constraints, coordinate cross-functional actions, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement in delivery, productivity, cost, and inventory control. Provides clear direction to functional teams, establishes effective governance and reporting routines, and supports management decision-making through timely and accurate operational insights. Responsibilities:
• MFO Scheduler: Develops, maintains, and communicates the MFO production schedule based on demand, capacity, material availability, equipment readiness, and business priorities.
• Monitors daily schedule attainment, work-in-progress, backlog, constraints, and recovery actions to support committed output and delivery targets.
• Coordinates with Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning, Materials, and supporting functions to resolve scheduling conflicts and balance production priorities. •

Analyst: Analyzes headcount demand and supply by shift, function, and skill requirement to ensure workforce capacity supports the production plan.

• Maintains headcount, attendance, overtime, productivity, and capacity reports; identifies gaps, trends, and risks requiring management action.
• Supports staffing and overtime planning with data-driven recommendations while promoting transparent and consistent resource allocation.
• FCI 2X Scheduler: Provides day-to-day functional leadership for FCI 2X operations, ensuring priorities, work assignments, and escalation paths are clearly communicated and executed.
• Facilitates daily operational reviews, tracks performance against safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets, and drives timely corrective actions.
• Coaches team members, reinforces standard work and compliance requirements, and partners with functional owners to resolve recurring operational issues.
• Cycle Count Lead for FCI 2X: Owns the cycle count plan and execution for FCI 2X, ensuring counts are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with inventory control procedures.
• Investigates inventory variances, coordinates root-cause analysis and corrective actions, and follows through on system or process adjustments with relevant stakeholders.
• Tracks inventory accuracy, count completion, recurring discrepancies, and audit readiness; reports performance and escalates material risks to management.
• Leads cross-functional improvement initiatives that strengthen scheduling discipline, workforce planning, execution governance, and inventory accuracy across FCI 2X. Education & Experience Recommended:
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field. Preferred Certifications
