This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a HRIS Manager based in the United States. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a critical HR technology function within a global, collaborative organization. You’ll serve as the functional expert for the HRIS platform, ensuring reliable systems, accurate data, strong security, and effective HR processes. Working across Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, IT, Talent Acquisition, and other teams, you’ll translate business needs into practical technology solutions. The role combines hands-on system administration with reporting, analytics, project leadership, and continuous improvement. You’ll have a direct impact on the employee experience by making HR systems easier, more efficient, and more reliable to use. This position is well suited to an experienced HRIS professional who enjoys solving complex problems, managing multiple priorities, and improving systems in a global environment.
