System Simulation Engineering CO-OP

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a System Simulation Engineering CO-OP based in Canada. This co-op opportunity offers hands-on experience in integrated circuit design, system simulation, and software development within a collaborative engineering environment. You will contribute to executable software models that simulate IP and SoC hardware, supporting architectural exploration and pre-silicon firmware development and validation. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will tackle complex development and debugging challenges while contributing to real-world custom silicon solutions. The role provides exposure to model design, implementation, testing, infrastructure development, and technical support. You will have opportunities to work with both established industry technologies and emerging tools, methodologies, and development processes. This position is well suited to an enthusiastic engineering or computer science student who enjoys solving technical problems and learning across hardware and software domains. The role is fully remote within the designated Canadian provinces, with occasional in-person meetings in the Vancouver area.
