- IT Services based in Canada. This role offers the opportunity to manage and grow an established portfolio of IT services clients through proactive relationship management and consultative sales. You will own the member lifecycle, ensuring clients receive high-quality support while identifying opportunities to strengthen retention and expand accounts. The position combines account management, client communication, operational coordination, and cross-selling within an IT research and advisory environment. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand needs, communicate value, and connect stakeholders with the right expertise. Strong organization and time management will be essential as you balance scheduled interactions, inbound requests, account activities, and growth initiatives. You will also maintain accurate CRM information and use account data to support effective planning and decision-making. This is a remote, full-time opportunity for an experienced account manager who enjoys building trusted client relationships and taking ownership of commercial results.
