We Help the World Be Everyday Ready™ Today's threatscape is relentless. So are we. At Cyderes, we build practical Identity & Access Management (IAM) , Exposure Management , and risk programs, helping organizations stop active threats fast with Managed Detection & Response (MDR) that integrates with existing tools. Powering it all is Meridian , our entity fabric that connects identities, assets, and access into one trusted reality. Augmented by AI and driven by experienced operators, our tireless global team arms organizations with the people, platforms, and perspectives they need to conquer whatever tomorrow throws their way. 🏆 Great Place to Work® Certified™ About the Role: The Principal Product Manager, Case Management is a senior individual contributor responsible for the case platform at the center of Cyderes’ managed detection and response service. Every investigation our Security Operations Center runs, and every outcome our customers see, lives in a case. This role is ideal for a technically fluent product leader who has moved a live, business-critical system to a new platform without dropping service, and who wants to build the case system that AI-powered, human-led security operations will run on. You will lead the move from a general-purpose work-management backend to a purpose-built case platform, own the case lifecycle and data model end to end, and partner deeply with Engineering, SOC leadership, Threat Research, Customer Success, and UX. As a Principal, you will also mentor other Product Managers and help raise the bar for product thinking across the organization, without direct people management responsibility. Who you are: You are a security superfan who knows what a SOC shift feels like from the inside. You have seen what happens when the system of record gets in the analyst’s way, and you want to fix it for good. You can go deep with engineers on data models and migration plans in the morning and walk an executive through the tradeoffs in the afternoon. You are analytical and hands-on, and you measure yourself by the outcomes your analysts and customers get.
