The Technical Associate is responsible for the configuration, customization, reporting, and integration capabilities within the Oracle Student Financial Aid (SFA) platform. The role requires strong technical expertise in Oracle Student Financial Planning configuration workbooks, Groovy development, Oracle BI Publisher reporting, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The analyst works closely with business and technical stakeholders to implement and support solutions that enhance and extend Oracle SFA functionality.

  • Configure and maintain Oracle Student Financial Planning workbooks.
  • Develop, modify, and troubleshoot Groovy scripts associated with Oracle SFA configurations.
  • Design, build, and customize Oracle BI Publisher reports and report templates.
  • Analyze reporting requirements and implement reporting enhancements.
  • Develop and support integrations between Oracle SFA and external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Support inbound and outbound data flows, APIs, web services, and file-based integrations.
  • Configure and maintain integration-related components within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Create and manage OAuth 2.0 authentication configurations used by Oracle integrations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to configurations, reports, integrations, and data processing.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation for configurations, reports, and integrations. Required Skills
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Student Financial Aid.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Student Financial Planning configuration workbooks.
  • Hands-on experience with Groovy scripting and workbook customizations.
  • Experience developing and customizing Oracle BI Publisher reports.
  • Experience building and supporting integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) administration and configuration.
  • Understanding of OAuth 2.0 authentication and integration security concepts.
  • Knowledge of REST services, XML, JSON, and file-based integrations.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Position Level Associate Country India
