Litigation Counsel

This role is designed for an experienced litigator seeking sophisticated commercial matters, meaningful client responsibility, and greater control over their professional path. You’ll work alongside experienced partners as part of a collaborative national litigation team handling complex and high-stakes disputes. The position offers substantial ownership across case strategy, discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, and trial preparation. You’ll work with clients directly, providing practical legal guidance and high-quality work product across multiple active matters. The environment is fully distributed, allowing you to work remotely while collaborating across jurisdictions and industries.
