Role Description 1Lead the design and development of responsive Salesforce user interfaces using Lightning Web Components LWC Aura Components SLDS JavaScript HTML and CSS 2Architect scalable and reusable UI frameworks components and design patterns across Salesforce applications 3Collaborate with business stakeholders solution architects and product owners to convert business requirements into intuitive user experiences 4Provide technical leadership and mentorship to UI developers conduct code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices 5Drive UI modernization initiatives and optimize application performance accessibility and responsiveness 6Integrate Salesforce UI components with Apex controllers REST APIs middleware and thirdparty applications 7Ensure adherence to Salesforce security governance and deployment standards across all UI developments 8Troubleshoot complex production issues perform root cause analysis and provide innovative solutions 9Stay current with Salesforce releases emerging UI technologies and industry best practices while guiding the team on adoption strategies Required Skills 8 years of overall experience with 5 years in Salesforce UI development Expertise in LWC Aura JavaScript ES6 HTML5 CSS3 SLDS Strong knowledge of Apex REST APIs Salesforce Platform Experience with Git VS Code CICD CopadoJenkins Salesforce Platform Developer I Required JavaScript Developer I Required Stakeholder management experience Skills: Html5, Css3, Git, Es6, Cicd, Rest Apis, Javascript, APEX, Aura, LWC Experience: 8.00-10.00 Years
