  • Benefits: Learn more about our benefits here in this link -
  • Languages: English is our main working language day to day, so you'll need to be comfortable communicating in it both in meetings and async. As a Training Specialist on the Support Operations team, you design, develop, and deliver training that keeps our internal support teams and vendor partners informed, skilled, and ready for production. Your work sits at the intersection of Support operations and learning design: you translate SOP changes, QA findings, workflow updates, and product launches into practical training that agents and vendor trainers can apply immediately. This is a hands-on training role: you are expected to be comfortable facilitating, coaching, observing delivery, and working directly with agents and vendor trainers—not only creating materials. You are responsible for the quality of the training you develop and deliver, and for keeping your manager informed so they can make decisions, remove blockers, and connect your work to broader business priorities.
