Position Summary: The Order Puller is responsible for accurately selecting, pulling, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a warehouse environment. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Pull and pick products according to customer orders and pick lists.
• Accurately verify item numbers, quantities, and order information.
• Pack, label, and stage orders for shipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies or damaged products.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and cycle count activities as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals. Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements
• Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures. Schedule
• Full-time position.
