The Marketing Materials Specialist will accurately and efficiently coordinate and manage all aspects marketing and medical educational equipment for events and tradeshows.
- Have a good product knowledge
- Coordinate and manage email inbox, reply to demo requests, provide availability, add to the meeting calendar and print out exchange requests.
- Coordinate & manage material movement for demos and exhibitions. Keep up to date with NPI products
- Communicate with requestors regarding the availability, quality and required return date.
- Organization of the Marketing Materials area
- Assist in managing new consignments
