Creator Campaign Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creator Campaign Coordinator based in Brazil. This role supports the successful execution of paid creator campaigns across a portfolio of TikTok Shop brands. You’ll coordinate creator partnerships from initial outreach and onboarding through content delivery, payments, and campaign close-out. Working closely with a US-based Creator Management team, you’ll become a key operational link between creators, internal teams, and brand campaigns. The position is highly collaborative, fast-paced, and detail-oriented, with responsibility for keeping multiple campaigns fully staffed and on schedule. You’ll manage high volumes of creator relationships while maintaining accurate records, clear communication, and consistent follow-through. The role is ideal for an experienced creator marketing professional who enjoys ownership, organization, and making complex workflows run smoothly. As the team grows, the position offers opportunities to take on broader responsibilities and progress toward senior operations roles.
