As an Executive Support Associate you will provide administrative support to senior executives by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, organizing information, and handling confidential materials across a variety of priorities. As an Associate you will bring curiosity, adaptability, and reliability to a fast-paced environment, learning from each experience while contributing to team needs and building your professional brand within our Internal Firm Services practice. In this role at PwC, you will support day-to-day executive operations, interact with a range of stakeholders, and help maintain clear communication and effective workflow across administrative activities. Responsibilities
- Managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating changes across multiple priorities
- Arranging domestic and international travel, itineraries, accommodations, and expense documentation
- Preparing correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials for senior leaders
- Handling confidential information, sensitive records, and access-controlled documents with care
- Tracking action items, follow-ups, and deadlines to support smooth workflow and timely completion
- Coordinating meeting logistics, room bookings, visitor services, and on-site support for executive visits
- Using office productivity applications to organize files, update records, and maintain accurate documentation
- Processing invoices, travel claims, and administrative requests in line with internal procedures
- Monitoring office supplies, equipment needs, and service requests to keep operations running smoothly
- Supporting research, data entry, and basic analysis to aid decision making and administrative planning What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
