Plant Manager

While reporting to the as the (Plant Manager) , you will be responsible for succeeding in Sonoco’s core competencies which include, Business Knowledge, Communications, Customer Focus, Leadership/Teamwork/Collaboration, Peoples selection & Development, as well as Innovation, and Execution/Accountability within the (Location) plant. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing the plants annual operating budget
• Requesting capital authorization applications for capital expenditures
• Promoting and supporting a maintenance excellence process
• Building and maintaining product employee relationships, driving employee satisfaction If Hartsville…. This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in beautiful Hartsville, SC and close to exciting destinations (Myrtle Beach, SC Charleston, SC, Columbia, SC and Charlotte, NC). If hard to fill location, include local selling points if relocation anticipated. We’d love to hear from you if:
• You have a four-year degree, preferably in the sciences or engineering (or equivalent experience)
• You have 10 years of practical and relevant experience which is preferred
