Job Description: About the Opportunity: Become an integral part of St Vincent’s Private Hospital Toowoomba as an Executive Assistant , supporting our leaders and helping deliver outstanding healthcare services to the community. In this dynamic full-time role (38 hours per week), you'll work closely with senior executives, providing high-level support that helps drive the success of one of the region's leading healthcare providers. Flexible arrangements are available to support work-life balance when out-of-hours work is required. Things that work for us:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a trusted Executive Assistant, preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of Credentialing and Scope of Clinical Practice processes within a public or private hospital setting is highly desirable
  • A genuine passion for providing high-level executive support and ensuring seamless coordination of executive schedules and priorities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports, draft correspondence, and manage documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and resilient, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage competing demands effectively
  • Strong administrative expertise with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • A high degree of initiative, discretion, and professionalism, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage confidential information appropriately
  • Well-developed organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, plan ahead, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing multiple complex diaries and coordinating competing priorities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams, together with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Things that work for you:
