Job Description Are you passionate about crafting exceptional drinks and creating unforgettable experiences? We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team in Chennai, India. As a key member of our bar staff, you'll be responsible for mixing and serving drinks, engaging with customers, and contributing to a vibrant atmosphere that keeps our patrons coming back for more.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, signature drinks, and seasonal specials
- Create a welcoming and fun atmosphere for guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our drink menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and flavor profiles
- Assist in developing new cocktail recipes and contribute ideas for menu updates
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP guidelines
- Collaborate with other bar and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Monitor alcohol consumption of patrons and practice responsible serving
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
