ACT Ops Associate(Part-time), INLT-Field

Following SOP and other requirement to validate data/information provided by customer. Contacting with customer if the data/information is unclear/incorrect. Key in the data/information in system. Make sure the data/information in system is correct and align with SOP/requirement. Escalating issues and problems encountered in daily work. Collaborating with origin and destination logistics teams and other service providers to solve shipment issues Act as 1st Tier support for Seller Service queries related to shipments Any Add-hoc task assigned by leaders. Key job responsibilities 2+ years working experiences Work at flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays if needed Good at MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain a strong attention to detail, and work independently. • Experience performing accurate data entry and analysis Preferred qualifications
• High school or equivalent diploma
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, transporation, supply chain, or business
