assessment test and participate and successfully pass the agility assessment. The candidate must also successfully complete all requirements to be added to the APL for switching and tagging. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: A high school diploma or the equivalent is required. The selected candidate must have successfully completed a progression program for Cable Splicers and be a Fully Qualified Splicer. In addition, the selected candidate must possess a valid motor vehicle license, currently has and maintains a Commercial Driver's License (CDL), and must live within 30 minutes of the reporting location for trouble call assignments. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Individuals will perform any and all work in connection with the installation, operation, and maintenance of the underground and aerial cable systems.
