- Innovation Practice based in United States. This role supports commercial clients by managing day-to-day insurance account activities and delivering responsive, high-quality service. You will work closely with Advisors, Risk Management leaders, client service professionals, carriers, and insureds to keep accounts organized and moving forward. The position combines client relationship management, insurance administration, risk advisory support, and account coordination. You will help manage policies, renewals, claims information, contracts, certificates, and coverage needs while identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to business development through referrals and relationship building. Success requires strong organization, insurance knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
