Business Function Global Transaction Services (GTS) comprises Cash & Trade, Securities Services and Fiduciary Services. This role sits within the Cash Product Liquidity Management team and covers corporate and financial institution clients. Job Description As a core member of the Cash Product Liquidity Management team, you will have two primary responsibilities:

  • Product Management of the Liquidity Management (LM) Product Suite – Manage domestic and cross-border solutions, including Cash Concentration, Notional Pooling and Interest Optimisation. Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and development through delivery and commercialisation, as well as portfolio performance, risk and controls, pricing, and terms and conditions.
  • Liquidity Management Solutions Advisory – Serve as the LM subject-matter expert and advisory partner, helping Sales and Relationship Managers structure liquidity solutions and participating in client meetings to secure new mandates. Responsibilities Liquidity Management (LM)
  • Monitor the financial performance of the LM product portfolio against the annual budget and support actions to improve revenue, profitability and client adoption.
  • Develop value propositions and product ideas based on customer needs, evolving market practices and prioritised local market requirements.
  • Manage product development and enhancement initiatives across the end-to-end lifecycle, from concept and requirements definition through delivery, testing, implementation and commercialisation.
  • Execute the LM strategy in alignment with the Group LM Product Team and contribute to the standardisation of capabilities and coordination of priorities across relevant markets.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of local and international LM practices, regulations and market developments, and assess their implications for products and clients.
  • Manage LM product issues and drive their resolution.
  • Support the LM product pricing strategy and market positioning, and review preferential pricing requests.
  • Act as an LM specialist, supporting Sales and Relationship Management teams in structuring solutions, developing the deal pipeline, accelerating client engagement and improving conversion rates.
  • Deliver client presentations on regional and local liquidity management solutions, and represent LM at relevant marketing activities and client events when required.
  • Manage the negotiation of LM product terms and conditions with clients, in partnership with Legal, Sales and Relationship Managers.
  • Partner with Technology & Operations, Implementation, product partners and other internal stakeholders to deliver product developments and enhancements on time and support successful client implementation.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and live verification to ensure the completeness and integrity of delivered solutions.
  • Develop and maintain sales and marketing collateral, product documentation, analytical tools and communication programmes to support client engagement, portfolio management and a clear understanding of LM product capabilities across customer touchpoints.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to understand the market landscape and establish a clear positioning strategy for the LM product suite. Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or a related discipline is preferred.
  • At least five years of relevant banking experience.
  • Knowledge of liquidity management products and global or regional solutions, together with product management experience and an understanding of corporate treasury centre incentives and regulations affecting liquidity management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, draw business conclusions and derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and handle a wide range of sensitive and confidential matters.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach, with the ability to take initiative, work independently, build effective stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes. Location: The Center Job: Product Management Schedule: Regular Employee Status: Full time
