Our people are at the heart of that growth—and now we’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to help us find the next generation of Smart Energy superstars. About the Role ⚡ This is a fast-paced, end-to-end internal recruitment role where the people you hire will directly support the continued growth of our national sales business. You’ll recruit across our 18 offices, sourcing and engaging everyone from energetic, entry-level Lead Generators through to future Sales Specialists and leaders. You’ll own your recruitment pipeline, partner closely with hiring managers and move great candidates quickly from application to interview, offer and onboarding. This role would suit an experienced recruiter who loves high-volume sales recruitment—or a confident sales professional ready to move into talent acquisition.
