Product Designer Pleno

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Designer Pleno based in Brazil. As a Product Designer, you will play a strategic role in shaping digital products from initial discovery through continuous evolution at scale. You will join a multidisciplinary squad allocated to a major client, working on complex digital challenges with meaningful business and user impact. The role combines strategic thinking, research, product discovery, interaction design, and high-quality visual execution. You will partner closely with Product and Technology teams to translate complex contexts into simple, valuable, and intuitive experiences. Your work will influence product roadmaps and prioritization through data, research insights, usability indicators, and a long-term product perspective. You will also contribute to design culture, collaboration practices, design systems, and the development of other designers and stakeholders.
