As a Program Management Director within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Farmers Branch, TX, Birmingham, AL, Lakewood, CO or Phoenix, AZ. We are seeking an experienced Program Management Director to lead a highly visible enterprise transformation initiative focused on the evolution, implementation, and path-to-production strategy of the organization's ServiceNow platform. This leader will oversee a large-scale technology program, driving strategic execution, governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery excellence across multiple interconnected workstreams. The ideal candidate combines deep program management expertise with experience leading complex enterprise transformations, preferably within ServiceNow environments. A strong technology background is highly desirable, along with the ability to influence senior leadership, manage risk, and ensure successful delivery across a broad stakeholder ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a multi-year ServiceNow transformation program within the Corporate Technology Office, overseeing strategy, execution, governance, and production readiness.
  • Manage a large-scale program, ensuring alignment to business objectives, investment priorities, and delivery commitments.
  • Establish and maintain program governance, including executive reporting, milestone tracking, financial management, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
  • Partner closely with technology, architecture, engineering, product, operations, and executive leadership teams to drive successful program outcomes.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans to move strategic initiatives from concept through implementation and into production.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and critical dependencies.
  • Provide leadership and direction to program managers, project managers, and delivery teams supporting the transformation.
  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, resource planning, and vendor relationships as applicable.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve complex issues impacting delivery, operational readiness, or strategic objectives.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure transformation success, adoption, operational effectiveness, and business value realization.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and executives, providing clear communication on program health, risks, and strategic recommendations. Key Qualifications & Experience:
  • Program management experience leading large, complex technology initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large scale enterprise transformation programs and strategic technology programs.
  • Experience leading highly visible, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Strong expertise in program governance, financial management, risk management, dependency management, and executive communications.
  • Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across large organizations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations, transformations, platform modernization, or enterprise deployment programs prefferred.
  • Strong technology background with understanding of software delivery, enterprise architecture, platform operations, and production deployment practices.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise technology programs in regulated or large corporate environments.   • Oversees program managers to ensure the execution of organizational programs in support of corporate strategy. No requirement for program size.
  • Evaluates and provides guidance during the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs; develops strategies to ensure all projects within the program are cohesive and in line with organizational goals.
  • Oversight and reporting for the overall program budget while working to ensure success of the program.
  • Evaluates the implementation and effectiveness of the programs and recommends enhancements to programs based on results.
