Structural Steel Plant Manager Location: Gallaway, TN Job Type: Direct Hire Salary: Starting at $80,000/year, higher depending on experience Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Structural Steel Plant Manager to lead fabrication operations across two nearby facilities and two shifts. This position provides hands-on leadership to production supervisors while overseeing safety, quality, maintenance, productivity, scheduling, and on-time shipments. The manager will lead a growing workforce of approximately 65 employees, with a target of approximately 90, supported by 5–6 department and shop supervisors.
