 Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety and quality requirements including but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, Company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Oversight of resource & cost management tracking across related projects
  • Relationship management with grant administrating body, consortium partners, external auditors, internal functions across sites
  • Coordination and preparation of submission materials
  • Review and approval of financial materials with external auditors
  • Coordination of financial and milestone commitments with functional and financial leaders including establishment of regular status reviews
  • Alignment of resource allocation vs grant proposal with project leads
  • Coordination or requirements with project teams and project managers
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership & obtain any necessary program approvals Education & Experience:
  • Minimum Education : Bachelor Degree in Engineering, finance or project management field.
  • Minimum Experience:
  • 3-5 years experience
  • Experienced in financial modelling
  • Familiarity with grant supported development programs preferable Knowledge & Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and administrative skills, with a structured and proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to develop financial and resourcing models, prepare grant submissions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting resource/project constraints
  • Familiarity with project development phases, milestone management & reporting
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong commitment to accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Confident working independently while collaborating effectively across teams and functions.
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability. #IND1
