Technology Resilience Risk & Project Manager

We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Vice President, Technology Resilience Risk & Project Manager, responsible for driving the remediation of disaster recovery risks, regulatory actions and resilience initiatives across the Firm's technology environment. In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Risk & Resiliency Management Manager position at VP level, which is part of the job family responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure operational continuity and resilience in the face of potential threats or disruptions that could impact the organization, plus management of ongoing incidents. The TPTR Risk & Project Team provides dedicated ownership for the escalation, tracking and closure of risks and issues identified through technology disaster recovery testing. The team works directly with Non-Financial Risk (NFR), Internal Audit Department (IAD), Business Units, Technology and Risk Officers to ensure clear accountability, timely remediation and sustainable closure of identified items. The team also supports tooling development, procedural change and process improvements that strengthen governance, enhance transparency and improve the effectiveness of the resilience testing and issue management lifecycle. What you’ll do in the role:

• Manage IAD, ORD, NFR and regulatory action items from intake through validated closure, ensuring clear ownership, evidence, remediation planning and timely escalation.
• Coordinate across Business, Technology, Risk, Audit and control functions to resolve delivery barriers, align expectations and maintain accountability for outcomes.
• Apply project management discipline to action plans, including milestone tracking, dependency management, governance routines, status reporting and risk-based prioritization.
• Prepare concise management reporting on open actions, aging items, key risks, decisions required and closure progress for relevant governance forums.
• Identify recurring themes and support continuous improvement by strengthening procedures and embedding sustainable changes across the resilience testing and issue management lifecycle. Skills Required:
• Experience in technology resilience, disaster recovery, technology risk, issue management, regulatory remediation or a related control function.
• Strong understanding of risk, audit and regulatory action management, including ownership, evidence standards, milestone tracking and validated closure.
• Proven project management skills, with experience planning work, managing dependencies, tracking delivery and reporting progress through governance forums.
• Excellent stakeholder management and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Business, Technology, Risk, Audit and control functions.
• Proficiency using Jira and Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word, to manage actions, develop reporting and prepare senior management materials. What you’ll bring to the role:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Risk Management, Business Continuity, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a risk and resiliency team.
• In-depth knowledge of risk management methodologies, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic risk and resiliency initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in engaging senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources to achieve strategic goals.
