About the role As a Talent Partner at Faculty, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting and engaging exceptional talent to power our high-growth business goals. Operating within our People team, you will serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers across all levels while driving an inclusive, world-class candidate experience within the commercial space and across our Central Functions. This is an opportunity to shape our hiring strategy, solve complex talent challenges, and directly contribute to building a world-leading AI organisation. What you'll be doing:
- Owning the recruitment lifecycle from initial scoping through to interviewing, offer management, and candidate onboarding.
- Sourcing passive talent creatively across platforms like LinkedIn, networking channels, and referrals to build diverse candidate pipelines.
- Partnering closely with business leaders as a trusted advisor, offering data-backed insights and guiding recruitment strategy.
- Designing structured interview packs and assessment criteria to ensure objective, high-quality hiring decisions.
- Driving diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout every step of the hiring funnel.
- Analysing recruitment data and pipeline metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize process performance.
- Amplifying Faculty’s employer brand by representing the company at industry events, conferences, and meetups. Who we're looking for:
- You bring experience managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes, ideally within a fast-moving, in-house environment within the commercial and/or GTM space.
- You possess strong direct-sourcing skills and know how to leverage modern applicant tracking systems to engage top-tier passive candidates.
- You excel at stakeholder management, building authentic relationships across all levels while balancing support with constructive challenge.
- You take an agile, problem-solving approach to recruitment, adapting quickly to change while upholding high standards of confidentiality and compliance.
- You prioritise quality over volume, demonstrating resilience and a dedication to delivering an outstanding, inclusive candidate experience.
- You are a confident, articulate communicator who thrives as a brand ambassador, passionately sharing our culture and ambition with prospective talent. Our Interview Process
- Initial Talent Screen (30 mins)
- Introductory interview with the Hiring Manager (45 mins)
