Responsibilities

  • As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight. Technical requirements PEGA Senior Developer – Smart Investigations Experience: 6+ Years Certification: PEGA Senior System Architect (SSA)
  • Mandatory Domain: Banking / Financial Services ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and configure PEGA applications using Smart Investigate frameworks.
  • Build and manage end-to-end case lifecycles, flows, assignments, and validations.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Lead and mentor PEGA development teams; perform design and code reviews.
  • Implement and support Smart Investigation for Securities use cases aligned with banking and regulatory processes.
  • Implement asynchronous processing using PEGA Queue Processors.
  • Participate in and support SWIFT-related banking transaction workflows and investigations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Support production releases, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. ________________________________________ Mandatory Skills
  • 6+ years of experience with PEGA
  • Hands-on experience with Smart Investigate, Smart Disputes, Smart Investigation for Securities
  • Understanding of banking disputes, fraud, and investigation processes
  • Exposure to Banking systems and SWIFT messaging workflows
  • Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs, PEGA Queue Processors, Services, Connectors, and asynchronous processing
  • Ability to leverage AI features for faster development and quality improvements Additional responsibilities
  • Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability
  • Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
  • Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
  • Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
  • Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available
  • Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
  • One or two industry domain knowledge
