• Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools while making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families every day. What You'll Do As a Radiation Therapist, you will be an integral member of the oncology care team, responsible for delivering safe, accurate, and compassionate radiation therapy treatments. Key Responsibilities
• Deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments accurately and safely
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment procedures and expectations
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and patients for therapy sessions
• Verify treatment parameters and maintain accurate treatment documentation
• Perform weekly electronic chart reviews and treatment record audits
• Monitor patients for treatment-related side effects and skin reactions
• Conduct tumor localization using image-guided and surface-guided technologies
• Schedule patient treatments and coordinate daily workflow
• Manage treatment supplies and maintain a clean, organized treatment environment
• Perform daily quality assurance and safety checks on treatment equipment, including the TrueBeam Linear Accelerator and CT scanner
• Support department quality and safety initiatives while maintaining compliance with established protocols What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
• ARRT Certification in Radiation Therapy
• Current Utah Radiation Therapist License
• Current BLS Certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and treatment excellence Preferred Qualifications
• 2-3 years of Radiation Therapy experience (preferred, not required)
• Experience with Varian TrueBeam technology
• Experience using Aria Record & Verify systems
• CT Simulation experience
• Familiarity with advanced treatment modalities including IMRT, SRS, and SBRT Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Successful candidates will demonstrate:
