Key Roles
& RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive support to lawyers and team members in the Legal Department, contributing to a wide range of legal, corporate governance, and administrative matters.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, forms, and related correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
- Manage internal and external coordination of trademark matters across various jurisdictions.
- Conduct preliminary legal research and provide initial assessments on assigned issues.
- Maintain an organized system for managing, tracking, and retaining legal documents and records.
- Review, update, and manage contract registers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure confidentiality and adherence to company policies and legal standards.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and assignments as needed to support departmental and business priorities. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

- 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a sizable organization; experience in multinational companies is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related discipline.
- Experience or knowledge in trademark matters is preferred.
- A mature, proactive, and professional individual with strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general IT tools; strong computer skills are highly desirable.
- Job title is negotiable based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
