Job Description

: Services Architect (SA) Grade: 11 Reports to: Services Sales / Pre-Sales Leadership Role Summary We are looking for a customer-focused and commercially minded Services Architect to join our team. In this role, you will help shape complex service solutions that support managed services and ATM as a Service opportunities. You will work closely with sales, account management, delivery, commercial, legal, and operational teams to design solutions that are practical, scalable, and aligned with customer needs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining service design, commercial awareness, and stakeholder engagement. You will lead the services solutioning process from qualification through design, costing, proposal support, governance reviews, and contract alignment, helping create high-quality solutions that deliver business value for both customers and the organization.

  • Lead the design of complex service solutions across managed services, support services, and multi-country service models.
  • Qualify opportunities by assessing customer requirements, delivery feasibility, solution risks, dependencies, and commercial viability.
  • Develop service operating models, scope definitions, assumptions, responsibilities, transition considerations, and service governance structures.
  • Build and validate solution costs, pricing inputs, and commercial models in collaboration with finance, sales, and delivery stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal reviews and obtain required approvals across operational, commercial, legal, and executive governance forums.
  • Support proposal development, customer presentations, solution defense sessions, and negotiation activities through contract signature.
  • Ensure proposed solutions are aligned with delivery capabilities, compliance expectations, and customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to structure cross-functional, cross-border, and partner-enabled service solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of service design assets, proposal templates, costing models, and reusable pre-sales content.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders by articulating the value, structure, and operational implications of the proposed service solution. What You’ll Do
  • Lead the design of service solutions across managed services, support services, and multi-country customer environments.
  • Work with internal and customer stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear, deliverable service models.
  • Develop scope, assumptions, governance, transition considerations, responsibilities, and service operating models.
  • Support costing, pricing inputs, proposal development, and commercial positioning in collaboration with sales, finance, and delivery teams.
  • Help drive internal approvals and governance reviews to ensure solutions are feasible, compliant, and ready for implementation.
  • Contribute to customer presentations, proposal defense sessions, and contract support activities during the sales cycle.
  • Partner with regional and global teams to build scalable and competitive services solutions.
  • Continuously improve templates, reusable assets, and service design practices that support future opportunities. What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in a customer-facing service design, pre-sales, solution architecture, or managed services role.
  • Strong understanding of managed services, support models, service operations, and related technical concepts.
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into structured service solutions and commercially sound proposals.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across sales, delivery, finance, legal, and operations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Commercial awareness and confidence supporting costing, assumptions management, and contract discussions.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Nice to Have
  • Experience in pre-sales, managed services, or complex technology services environments.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, information systems, economics, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting multi-country, global, or partner-enabled service opportunities.
  • Industry experience in financial services, retail, hospitality, or similar service-intensive sectors.
  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
  • Experience supporting RFx responses, statements of work, and contract discussions.
  • Additional language capabilities that support international collaboration.
